I think society should give value to ethanol not for its price, but for what it stands for. From job creation to HDI improvement, because unfortunately this is not valorized. And the problem is that the longer we use gasoline, we are contributing to impair public health and the environment.
“(...)For us at PwC is a pleasure to be participating on this DATAGRO Conference, which has a huge importance for the sugar and ethanol sectors, since it provides once is a moment of discussion throughof panels which aims to bring alternatives for this sector (…)”
he moment asks for work and diversification and to be certain that new crisis will emerge. We have always to keep in mind that when a production and price improvement is achieved, soon it is bad again and this drives the economy, drives the production in other countries, drives competition and this is a cycle.
